Clients contacted us about their basement that was unfinished and unusable space except for storage.

 

They knew they wanted a space to work from home and entertain family and friends other than the main floor of their home.

After a field verification, we were able to share several floor plans options that maximized the space. Floor plan included two offices, Clubroom, Pool Room, Wine and Cigar Bar, Wet bar, full bathroom, and Poker Area niche along with a storage room and exercise room.  Next steps were to share a presentation of custom millwork, interior finishes, lighting and furniture.

 

Once selections were approved, a full set of construction documents were created for pricing, permitting, and construction. This allowed the clients to get multiple bids from several contractors and have a detailed set of documents. 

Construction documents included cover sheet, floor plans of demolition, construction, reflected ceiling, electrical, finishes, furniture, interior elevations and section, and finish schedule.
